He always looked like he was having so much fun with his roles that he was likable even as, or especially as, a villain. I mean, surely the director of Mortuary didn’t say, “Now skip away like a goof through the cemetery, Bill,” but that must have been what he thought his character would do and he did it. R.I.P. man.
